Park Rules

Parents are fully responsible for their children's behavior at all times. The road rocks were not put here to be thrown. Children are not permitted in the building unless accompanied by an adult.

Our bath house and laundry facility will be open 24 hours by access code, unless this privilege is abused. Please remove laundry promptly at the end of the cycle. Clotheslines and hanging of laundry is not allowed.

Dispose of trash in the dumpster which is located in the southeast corner of park. Not in the rest room. If you have boxes please break them down.

All buildings are smoke free. Cigarette butts are considered trash; do not leave them on the ground.

Units having more than 2 occupants will be subject to a $3 per extra person per day charge.

Please be courteous of other campers and observe quite time after 9:00 pm.

Propane is located at the southeast corner of the park. If you wish to have a bottle or your motorhome filled just ask for assistance.

Any extra items plugged into pedestals or the outside of your unit (excluding heat tape on the water hydrant) will be and extra $5 a day charge. This does include diesel pickups.

During the winter months, if the night temperature is predicted in the 20's, your water hose must be disconnected and the hydrant shut off before you retire for the evening, unless the hydrant and hose both have insulation and heat tape is plugged in.

Music & TV that can be heard outside your camper it too loud. Please turn it down.

Any breach of the peace necessitating the calling of authorities shall result in immediate eviction from the park and forfeiture of any refund, and that individual shall be considered to be trespassing pursuant to K.S.A. g i-3721

There is no refund for early checkout. Owners &/or managers of this park are not responsible for any loss due to fire, accidents, thefts or any act beyond their control. This is a private property and any guest found destroying or damaging park property must make total restitution. Failure to pay rent or comply with the rules and regulations of the park may result in removal of the recreation vehicle.

All rents are payable in advance.

If rent is not paid in advance; units may be disconnected from utilities and or removed for its site, with no liability for any damages lying with the park owners or managers.

After 7 days of no rent; the owners or managers of the park have the right to sell or dispose of RV and any property remaining on Western Stat RV Ranch property.
